Go to hospital immediately if
- Bleeding soaks two or more pads per hour for two hours
- Severe abdominal pain not relieved by pain medication
- Fever over 38°C or chills
- Fainting, dizziness, or feeling very unwell
- No bleeding at all 24 hours after Misoprostol
What is normal
Cramping, bleeding heavier than a period, and clots are expected for several hours. Lighter bleeding may continue 1–2 weeks.
