Your information is used solely to review your case with a licensed provider, process and deliver your order discreetly, send you order confirmations and aftercare guidance, and answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

We share it only when strictly necessary — for example, with the courier to deliver your package in plain, unmarked packaging — or where we are required to by law.
