Medication and Prescription Services
Once medications are dispensed or prescriptions are issued, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in accordance with health and safety regulations, as we cannot guarantee the storage conditions or integrity of products once they have left our clinic or been delivered.
Consultation and Service Fees
Fees for consultations and services rendered are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If an appointment is cancelled with sufficient notice (e.g., 24 hours prior), a refund or reschedule may be possible, depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Please contact our clinic directly to discuss specific circumstances.
Cancellation Policy for Appointments
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We require notification within 48 hours of delivery to address such issues. Please provide details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost or issuing a full refund upon verification. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged or incorrect item for inspection.
