Lola Women's Clinic is a confidential telehealth service helping women across South Africa access safe, legal medical abortion and reproductive health care from the privacy of their own home. What we offer
We provide safe, legal medical abortion using Mifepristone and Misoprostol, a WHO-listed combination that is over 95% effective up to 12 weeks, from R800. We also offer family-planning advice and confidential women's health support. Every order includes a licensed virtual consultation, free discreet delivery in plain, unmarked packaging, and caring aftercare.
How we work
Care is fully remote. You complete a short, confidential health form; a licensed South African provider reviews it within 24 hours by WhatsApp or secure video; and your medication is couriered to your door or a pickup point anywhere in South Africa. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same working day.
